This policy explains how the WGTS mobile app handles information. The App Store identifies Craig R Beck as the app seller. For questions or privacy requests, contact whosgottheshot@gmail.com.
1. Information we handle
Account and profile. When you register or sign in, we handle the details you provide, such as your name, username, email address, club name and sign-in credentials. If you use Apple or Google sign-in, those providers supply information needed to authenticate your account. We keep account identifiers and session information so your account remains available across visits.
Purchases and access. Apple or Google processes in-app payments. We receive and verify information about your purchase or subscription, such as a product identifier, transaction or purchase reference, status and expiry, to decide whether Full Access is active, restore access and provide support. We do not receive your full payment-card details from the app stores.
Scorecards and support. On iOS, signed-in scorecards, including game, player and scoring details, can sync with the WGTS service so they are available on your devices. Android scorecards may be stored on your device. If you contact support, we handle your message and any images or other information you choose to send.
Device, usage and diagnostics. To operate the app, deliver notifications, prevent abuse and improve reliability, we may handle app and device details, a push-notification token, account or installation identifiers, usage events and technical error information. Depending on your platform, app version and diagnostic settings, this can include measurement summaries, walking or motion estimates, crash and performance reports, device model, app version and event time. iOS diagnostic contributions require an in-app opt-in. Some Android technical diagnostics may be enabled by default; the app provides controls for camera-image contributions.
Signed-in app activity. When you sign in, WGTS sends an app-active report to its service to show recent use and platform counts in the WGTS admin panel. The report is associated with your WGTS account and includes the event time, app version and build, device model, operating-system version, a verified distribution channel when available (such as TestFlight or App Store), and a two-letter device region when available. This report is separate from the optional iOS Data & diagnostics contributions setting. It does not send camera images, scorecard contents or precise location. After a successful report, the iOS app waits at least 15 minutes before another foreground activity report.
Camera and motion. WGTS uses the camera and available motion sensors to estimate bowl distances and walking distance. The normal measurement view processes camera frames on your device. Camera images are uploaded only if you separately enable the optional scan-image contribution setting while signed in. Those contributed images and related technical details are sent to private storage for model improvement and may include people or surroundings captured in the frame. You can turn this contribution off in the app. Turning it off stops new scan contributions and clears queued scans that have not been uploaded. Previously uploaded material may remain until removed under our retention process.
2. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide measurement, scorecards, support and notifications; verify subscriptions and referrals; sync information you choose to keep across devices; diagnose faults; improve app performance and the measurement model; and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use contributed camera images for third-party advertising.
3. Who receives information
WGTS uses service providers for hosting, private storage, authentication, messaging and app distribution. These include the WGTS backend and its DigitalOcean infrastructure, Google/Firebase services, and Apple or Google when you use their sign-in or purchase services. Providers handle information needed for their role under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may be processed outside your country. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
4. Storage and retention
We protect data in transit and restrict access to stored account and contribution data. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve support issues, maintain security and meet legal or accounting duties. Diagnostic contribution files have a limited retention process. Some transaction and audit records may need to be retained after an account is deleted. We review and remove information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
5. Your choices and requests
You can change optional data-contribution choices in the app, manage camera and notification permissions in device settings, and manage a subscription in the relevant app store. You can edit profile details and request account deletion from the app's Profile area. Deleting a WGTS account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it separately in the store. Contact whosgottheshot@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask how your information is handled. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
6. Children
WGTS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the app and its data practices change. The updated date above shows when this version took effect. Where appropriate, we will give additional notice in the app or through another suitable channel.

Account deletion for WGTS Android
To delete your WGTS account in the Android app, sign in, open Profile, choose Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, email whosgottheshot@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject WGTS account deletion. We may verify your identity before acting. This request removes your account and associated profile, support, subscription, scorecard, and uploaded contribution data where applicable. Limited transaction or audit records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, or security purposes, and backups expire under the normal retention process. Deleting your WGTS account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel that separately in Google Play.
AR services
The Android measurement screen runs on Google Play Services for AR (ARCore), which is provided by Google and governed by the Google Privacy Policy. The app shows this notice before starting ARCore. ARCore processes camera and motion information to provide AR tracking; see the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles its data.
